During her time at Pro Back Office, Kristy has worked with companies to grow revenues through identification and tracking of key performance indicators, development and implementation of scalable processes enhancing controls and operational accountability. Kristy enjoys working with executive management to identify/fill gaps allowing them to be more effective business leaders in the organization. Prior to joining Pro Back Office, she served as a finance executive for both public and private companies ranging from $10M to over $100M in revenue in software, services, real estate, healthcare, digital marketing and branding industries. Kristy began her career in Big 4 after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting.
Kristy brings over 20 years financial and accounting leadership in project design, management, implementation and execution. She enjoys developing and implementing scalable infrastructure in high growth companies, including accounting software design/implementation, migration from people centric to process driven procedures, and integration of software tools with overarching goal of reducing complexity and increasing accountability.
