Laura, who has been with PBO for almost 9 years, has worn numerous hats for the firm. Prior to her current role, she managed both the firm’s internal HR as well as Operations Management. As the HR Service Line Director, Laura is instrumental in building and managing our HR service offering and solutions. Laura also remains active with clients helping leadership with both strategic culture and personnel initiatives while staying compliant with constantly evolving legislation. Laura is skilled in strategic management, employee relations, and customer relationship management.
Prior to working at PBO Laura spent over 15 years managing in the Hospitality, Resort, and Entertainment industries throughout the US. That experience has helped her to view the HR role from a business perspective and enables her to collaborate with executives across the board. Laura is Professional in HR (PHR) certified, SHRM Veterans at work certified, Diversity Management Certified (DMC) and has an MA degree in Organizational Management with an HR specialization.
