Business Development Manager

Lorin has over 25 years of financial, accounting and operations experience. Her strong work history includes multiple acquisitions, due diligence, systems implementations and integrations. She has worked closely with senior management teams to align operational strategies, objectives and performance metrics. Broad knowledge of establishing and implementing budgeting, internal controls, closing and reporting processes for small, medium and large sized companies. Has over 9 years of non-profit experience and currently acts as the fractional CFO for several PBO Advisory clients including Kids Included Together and Regional Task Force on the Homeless. She has a proven track record of managing to budget and implementing extensive cost saving strategies. Prior to joining PBO Lorin worked for private and public companies ranging from $5M to $35B in revenues. Her focus was helping companies prepare for sale, establishing international locations, managing audits, designing integration plans, managing accounting teams and designing reporting packages. Lorin received her BS in Business Administration (accounting emphasis) from San Diego State University. She is an expert in QuickBooks, and has experience with SAP, ERP systems, MS Excel (pivot tables and macros), MS Word, MS PowerPoint
