Michael has over 7 years of professional experience in the accounting and finance industry. In addition, he has over 12 years of experience in customer relations. As the Operations Manager at PBO Advisory Group, Michael is responsible for process improvement, system implementation, new account establishment, employee onboarding, marketing and public relations, and other day-to-day operational functions. Michael has played an important role in PBO’s re-branding efforts and rapid growth, as exemplified through his management efforts of implementing numerous systems including: the firm’s new Human Resources Information System, data retention and security system, CRM (Salesforce), and redevelopment of PBO’s financial system. Michael received his degree in Economics from San Diego State University, and in his free time enjoys brewing experimental craft beers and spending time on the golf course.
